How long does it take to arrive?
Most orders are printed in 2 to 5 business days and ship right after, tracked. Standard shipping in the US takes another 3 to 7 days, so plan on about two weeks from order to doorstep.
What kind of photo works best?
Anything from a recent phone works well. Use the original file rather than a screenshot, keep faces reasonably large in the frame, and avoid heavy filters. The preview shows exactly what we will print, so if it looks sharp there it will look sharp on the product.
Can I return a personalized item?
Because every piece is made just for you, we cannot resell it, so we do not accept returns for a change of mind. If it arrives damaged, misprinted or different from your preview, send us a photo within 30 days and we will reprint it free or refund you.
Do you print on dark colors?
Yes. Products marked Dark Colors use white text and a white base layer under your photo so it stays bright on black, navy and other deep shades. Light color listings print the same design with dark text.
Is there a bulk discount for teams and groups?
Yes, and it applies automatically. Every personalized item in your cart counts toward one total: 5 items take $2 off each, 12 items $4 off, 24 items $6 off, 50 items $8 off and 100 items $10 off. Mix products, sizes and colors. For 25 or more with one design, the bulk order page gets you a quote and a printed proof within one business day.
